History

History helps pupils gain a coherent knowledge and understanding of Britain’s past and that of the wider world.

Children are taught to use sources and artifacts to gather information and are encouraged to ask perceptive questions to encourage critical thinking. At Penbridge School, we learn how important events from the past can affect our present and future.
